Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days. The only requirement is that the product package is unopened and undamaged. To start the procedure please contact us at +90 322 457 72 07 -  or email us at beta@beta.com.tr and we will resolve the issue. Please note we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for items being returned. Once the products arrive at "Betateaglobal", our refund department will review the products and ensure that the refund is credited to the credit card you paid within 14 days.
