Brew Jasmine RefreshmentGreen tea leaves, considered a holy drink in China, are carefully collected and handed to production. While the leaves are slowly dried for black tea, the leaves of green tea are dried quickly as soon as they are collected and not allowed to react with oxygen, i.e. fermentation while drying. The rate of caffeine in green tea is lower than that of black tea and the amount of antioxidants is higher. When spring comes, jasmine leaves are picked by hand and left to dry in the sun. Dried Jasmine flowers are blended with green tea leaves in a natural environment and a natural aromatic tea is obtained.
